BUILD YOUR FAITH

Build Your Faith

http://www.christianlifecoaching.co.uk/build-your-faith.html

“Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God”

You build your faith by reading and speaking God’s word. The Bible tells you that as you renew your mind, you will be transformed.

You renew your mind with the word of God

If you’re feeling defeated, it could be because you’ve been listening to the lies of the enemy.

“You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free”

Let God’s word tell you who you are and what you have. Don’t give any attention to anything that tells you differently. God’s word is true.

  • Acknowledge, agree with, recognise, confess and speak, the word of God
  • Choose to see yourself as God sees you
  • Speak out these truths even when you don’t yet see the reality

When God called Gideon a mighty warrior there was no evidence to suggest that it was true. God saw and spoke what Gideon would become.

Learn what God says about you and accept God’s opinion of you.  Believe what God says about who you are in Christ and you will become what you are in Him. By faith, believe the truth and act on what you believe.

You will build your faith as you constantly remind yourself of who you are in Christ.

Biblical Confessions To Build Your Faith

Apart from Jesus, I can do nothing; but in Jesus I can do all things. I choose to see myself as He sees me according to His living Word. My life is hid with Christ in God. I will say the same things that God says in His Word. How can two walk together if they don’t agree?

I choose to trust God. His Word will be the final authority in my life. I base my entire life upon God and His living Word. Because I meditate upon His Word day and night and carefully do all that is written in it, I will prosper.

I’m not just an ordinary person; I’m a child of the living God. I’m not just a person; I’m an heir of God and a joint-heir with Jesus Christ. I’m not just a sinner; I’m a new creation in Jesus. I’m part of a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. I’m one of God’s chosen people.

Jesus has declared me not guilty. I refuse to be discouraged. God is the God of all encouragement. There is no condemnation for me because I’m in Christ Jesus.

Satan is the father of lies. I won’t listen to his accusations. I am cleansed by Jesus’ blood. No weapon formed against me will succeed. I will disprove every tongue that rises against me in judgment.

My mind is being renewed by the word of God. I will pull down strongholds and cast down imaginations. I will bring every thought captive to the will of Christ.

I am accepted by God. If God is for me, who can be against me? Greater is He that is within me than he that is in the world. Nothing can separate me from the love of Christ. As the Father loves Jesus, so Jesus loves me. I have the righteousness of God through Christ. I am not a slave of sin, I’m a slave of God and a slave of righteousness.

I will continue in God’s word. I know the truth and the truth has set me free. I am free indeed because Jesus has set me free.  I have been delivered out of the kingdom of darkness. I’m now part of the kingdom of God.

I will submit to God. When I resist the devil, he has to flee. No temptation will overcome me which is not common to man. God is faithful. He will not let me be tempted beyond my strength. With any temptation He will also provide me with a way of escape, so that I can endure.

Jesus always causes me to triumph. I’ll reign as a king in life through Christ Jesus. The Word of God lives in me. I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me. I am an overcomer. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. God gives me the victory through Jesus Christ my Lord.

I am a success to the glory of God. All His blessings will come upon me and overtake me because I obey the voice of the Lord, my God. I am confident that those who seek the Lord will lack no good thing.

I will not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.

Speak God’s word daily. Believe it. Allow the living and active Word of God to build your faith, renew your mind and transform your life

Your identity doesn’t depend on something you do or have done. Your true identity is who you are in Christ.

When you are in Christ you are a new creation, the old has passed away. It’s time to stop living out of who people say you are and take hold of the truth of God’s word.

You need to know who you are in Christ so that you can know what to do, when to do it, where to go, and how to do it

BEYOND THE BOUNDARY OF GOD’S DESIGN

BEYOND THE BOUNDARY OF GOD’S DESIGN 1 Corinthians 6:18
Every other sin that a man commits is outside his body, but the immoral man [fornicator] sins against his own body

Sex glands are a God-given part of our autonomic nervous system. Normal sexual functioning is a regular, rhythmic cycle of life. But when Jesus said, “Everyone who looks on a woman to lust for her has committed adultery with her already in his heart” (Matthew 5:28), He was describing something beyond the boundary of God’s design for sex. The word for lust is epithumos . The prefix epi means “to add to,” signifying that something is being added to a normal drive. Jesus challenged us not to add onto the God-given sexual drive by polluting our minds with lustful thoughts. The only way to control your sexual drive is to control your thought life.

Sexual lust demands physical expression, and that’s where Romans 6 comes into play. We are not to let sin reign in our mortal bodies (verse 12) by using our bodies as instruments of unrighteousness (verse 13). Whenever you use your body wrongly through a sexual offense, you give Satan a foothold and your sexual problem becomes a spiritual problem. A missionary shared with me at the end of a conference that he was finally free after 20 years of bondage to lust. He sought counseling for his problem during his preparation for missionary service and on every furlough, but he never gained lasting victory until he realized that it was a spiritual problem which needed a spiritual solution.

Scripture indicates that sexual sins are in a class by themselves because they require the use of the body. Virtually every person I have counseled regarding a spiritual conflict has confessed some kind of sexual aberration.

Prayer: Lord, I yield my sexual life to You as an expression of loving worship. I choose today to assume responsibility for my thoughts.

We live in a world that is overwhelmed with sexual lust of all kinds. It seems to be one of the biggest problems we seem to have to deal with in today’s world. Right now it seems that Homosexuality is a very hot topic. I am not here to say it is a sin or not, as far as I am concerned both sides of this issue have good arguments as to what the correct interpretation and intention of what the scriptures ‘really’ say about it. Tempers flare and for the most part LOVE has been kicked out of the discussion. Personally I think that what we all need is Jesus Christ within us, and that we as Christians need to listen and learn from the Holy Spirit on how we should proceed with this issue. I believe we need to lift up Christ , teach about Christ, and introduce all to Christ and let the work of the Holy Spirit to fill each of us and guide each of us in the way we should go. We need to trust that God is more than able to convict each of us with our own particular sins, and lust, and problems that we each personally must deal with and overcome by His Spirit. If someone is living a way that you believe is wrong, just give them Jesus Christ and allow His Spirit to deal with  any of us ,on whatever issue they are dealing with. Just give them the love of Christ, and stop trying to prove that your interpretation is the correct way to go, the truly correct way to go is by Loving them to God.

In the love of Christ

blessings to ya.

HOW SMALL IS YOUR god?

“The person who does not know the living God is condemned, by the gods of their own making”.
These  small gods are petty and not that much better,if at all, than the rest of humanity. These small gods  that men and women have made for themselves ,throughout the ages, are jealous ,petty and lacking love and mercy, only a little greater than they themselves. They are  only a little stronger, only a little wiser, but never anything any better. Immortal they are thought to be and always afraid of their mortal children, they are conveniently protected by a too fortunate gift of immortality. These gods are always fighting amongst themselves and never it seems, ever lead by  good  and loving examples. Are the people ever transformed by these gods? Are the people who worship and honor these man-made gods ever transformed into loving, compassionate and forgiving people? I have found that people who honor the gods of their own making are just like their gods. And those who honor and follow the Infinite and true God sooner or later WILL be transform in that likeness as well. So who do you want to emulate? Do you have a small and petty god, a god that is not loving, nor do they care about what is going on in your life, nor help you try to change it?

Let me tell you about the True Living God. This God of abundant love and amazing grace has willed to give us everything we truly need ,as a free gift. Jesus left the realm of heaven and came to the place of death to show us who the Living God truly is, who gave His life so that we might live. That is not what any puny man -made god,has ever been able to do.

I think many times we as Christians bring with us to the Body, that is Christ, a small vision or expectation of who or what the True God really is. Many of us bring the man-made vision of god with us. Here is were our problems begin and end. I think many of us read into the Bible this very small god, the god of hate and fear that we thought we left behind. I think a major hindrance we bring to our Bible study is that we have in many places a too literal reading of scriptures and in other places our reading should be more literal. We fail to understand that although Scriptures are God Breathed they are written by mere mortals with their own beliefs,  filters and blockages. The Scriptures reveal the true and infinite God in the person of Jesus Christ and in all references to Him ,I take for the most part as literal, the rest I take as a means for the Holy Spirit to guide me daily in the way I should go. The Bible is a revelation of the ‘experiences of God’ that people have had, and the walk they had trying to figure out what it all meant to them. These people were not perfect in any way ,shape or form, but they experienced the Infinite God in personal and unique ways to them and the Bible is the stories of those encounters, with all the good , the bad and the ugly of their own personal natures put in there for good measure. We must also remember that the culture 2000 to 5000 years ago is very different than our own as well! Our Infinite God does not condone all the behaviors we read about, and just because it is in the Bible does not make it the way God would have us personally to go now in this age, that is why we need our own personal encounter with the Infinite God and the personal guidance with that Holy Spirit on a moment by moment basis.

I read earlier this month that the author Anne Rice said she had left Christianity because of well ,Christians,  many leave for the same reason , but I ask  all of  you who have left Churches for that same reason : “Are you really more perfect than the rest of us Christians? Are you able to live the life of Christ better than the rest of us? Can you hear from God better than the rest of us? Are you always able to respond in all circumstances with total love, peace and forgiveness? Are you the only one that can read Scriptures as they were intended? If so , then you have made it to perfection, but please forgive the rest of us who are still in the process of becoming all that Christ would have us to be. I am glad you have made it, but please have patience with the rest of us because we are slow learners.”

The Body of Christ the Church which is ALL  Churches and Denominations that  put their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ are not perfect only the Head which is Christ IS. The perfection we seek, we will never fully comprehend nor master until Christ returns , until then the Church will have to learn to put their trust in the Living God  and follow after the Spirit of Christ. The Church is a family and like all families we are a disfunctional lot most of the time, but once in a while we get it right, but hey, that is why we are family we need each other to help  when we are not able to get off the ground and stand up by ourselves,  you see, we have to embrace one another before we can get up on our own 2 feet, and that is why we need each other and it is not wise to go it all alone.
The Infinite God I love has told us that we will know His true followers by 2 things…………LOVE, for God and one another and  by our FRUIT. So if you go to a church that does not have these signs, then either stay and love and guide them back to God  , or go to a Church that does have fruit and love but either way let the Spirit of God lead you  in the way you are to go, it won’t always be the same guidance for everyone, some are told to stay and love and others told to move on.
So how small is your god? My God led by example in the life of Jesus Christ and I have chosen to follow him, as imperfect as I am.
Go in love and shalom
blessings

THE TRUE OBJECT OF OUR DESIRES

Lord how do I make Christ the object of  my desire? How do I live this life that you have given me? How am I to put Christ before me? How is this Christian life REALLY supposed to be lived? I am told so many things, I am told to do this, believe that, live this way and that, frankly Lord, it is NOT working! This all sound much to religious for me, I hear what all these preachers say and the more they speak the more bound and chained I become, surely this is not the results I was seeking, nor the Life you were speaking about!  They say if I just had enough faith I could have this and that, but you know this is not what I was hoping for. I was hoping that God really is all that I was told He is, I was hoping Christ was truly all I needed, but these preachers seem to have a whole other agenda and it is NOT WORKING , not really , GOD! It is not the  real satisfaction I was seeking. I am having so much trouble trying to figure this Christian life out, and Lord it truly seems like a life that is much to hard for me to live, how is it REALLY  done?

Christ: The Object of Our Desire

by Chip Brogden  http://theschoolofchrist.org/

“…thy desire shall be to thy Husband, and He shall rule over thee (Genesis 3:16b).”

“Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee (Psalms 73:25).”

In the beginning God ordained that the Bride of Christ, the Church, should have its desire only for Christ. Our desires are very powerful. Men are pulled in many different directions and tossed about by many wants, perceived needs, desires, and influences. Initially our desires are sinful.

“And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually (Genesis 6:5).”

God affirms throughout Scripture that the desire of man is evil and wicked from his youth (Genesis 8:21; Job 5:7, 14:1, et. al.) It is natural for us to think that once we become Christians that our spiritual desires are now good and holy, proper and pure, and that we are well pleasing to God (Luke 18:11). Nevertheless we soon discover that something prevents us from performing the good which we intend.

“For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do (Romans 7:19).”

And we also learn that our “righteousness” is often misguided.

“And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of (Luke 9:54, 55).”

We may find ourselves in competition with our brothers and sisters, attempting to be the most spiritual, or the most mature, or the most knowledgeable about the things of God. We privately, and sometimes publicly, compare ourselves with one another and estimate ourselves to be most advanced, when the truth of the matter is we are most fleshly.

“And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest (Luke 22:24).”

“They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory (Mark 10:37).”

Thank God for the cross of Jesus Christ! For it is there that my sins are forgiven; it is there that the “old man” died. Yet is is also true that there is something as wicked, if not more wicked, than sin, and that is Self. It is true that every sin is rooted in Self. As we must initially accept His death for sin, so we must daily accept our death to Self. As we are once crucified with Him for the remission of sins, so we must daily take up the cross, deny our Self, and follow Him. We walk in the narrow Way just as we entered the narrow Gate – by way of the cross. “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him (Colossians 2:6).”

MANY SPIRITUAL DESIRES ARE SELFISH

The disciples of the Lord desire many things. Some desire power over the enemy, or power to work miracles in the Name of Jesus. Others desire freedom from sickness or oppression. Many desire blessing upon the work of their hands, their ministry, or their finances. Some desire wisdom and understanding in spiritual matters.

How surprising it is then for the child of God to learn that the Lord does not necessarily approve of these many desires, even though they seem undeniably good and proper at first. Why? Because Self remains enthroned and enshrined in the sanctuary of our heart. Why do we desire power? That we may glory and others may take notice. Why do we desire freedom from sickness and oppression? Because we are ready to reign with Christ, but are not prepared to suffer with Him. Why do we desire the blessing upon our labor? That we may appear successful before men. Why do we desire wisdom in spiritual affairs? That others may count us wise and seek us out for our opinion and counsel. When we do not know what spirit we are of, Self is most definitely the root of all our asking and praying.

“Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts (James 4:2,3).”

Verse two of James chapter four speaks of how man goes about to secure his sinful desire. Verse three speaks of how man goes about to secure his spiritual desire. In the first case we try to get by taking from others. In the second place we try to get by asking from God. We know it is wrong to lust, kill, and fight for what we want. This is sin. But many of us do not yet know that to ask God for what WE want is sin also – the sin of Self. This is why we do not receive what we ask for, because we desire to please ourselves. We “ask amiss.”

Jesus never pleased Himself.

“Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done (Luke 22:42).”

“I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me (John 5:30)”.

For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me (John 6:38).”

How much of our prayers, intercessions, asking, knocking, seeking, searching, and hoping is done with a view towards getting God to do what WE want Him to do? I am afraid that we take this approach with God: we careful analyze the situation, determine what we want to see come to pass, look up the appropriate Bible verses, go to God and tell Him exactly what we want to happen and by when, and then become anxious if He fails to answer us according to our own thought.

Brothers and sisters, this is not the way we approach the Lord. Many are the instances in which mere humans tried to instruct the Lord Jesus, rebuked Him, found fault with His way of doing and saying things, questioned His methods, and argued with Him. Let us not fall into the same trap. For the Lord knows His business, and does not need to be instructed by us. Instead, we must follow His instruction and allow Him to become our only Desire. Then our praying and asking amiss will cease.

How do we deny Self and have the appropriate desire? The solution is quite simple, but it is not simplistic. It is profound, but not complicated. God has ordained that our “desire shall be to [our] Husband, and He shall rule over Thee.” God in Christ fills all in all (Ephesians 4:6). Jesus is the only legitimate desire a Christian can have (Psalms 73:25). If He is the center and focus then all other things will take their proper place (Matthew 6:33). If we are satisfied in God, we cannot be dissatisfied. If our need is fully met in Christ, we cannot experience lack.

“Because the Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need! (Psalms 23:1, Living Bible).”

This is a difficult truth to pass along. I find myself inadequate to explain how it works in the life of a believer. So let us look to the Scriptures for light, and may we learn to have Christ as the object of our desire.

THE “SINFUL WOMAN” AND THE PHARISEE

Luke 7:36-50 records the story of a “certain woman” who washed the feet of Jesus with her tears, wiped them off with her hair, kissed them, and anointed them with precious ointment. Please read the entire passage of Scripture and see how broken and honest was her adoration of Christ.

Now observe the thought of the Pharisee who sat at meat with Jesus. As this spirit and truth worship unfolds before his very eyes he has but one thought: if this Man were a prophet, He would know that this woman is a sinner. In other words, Jesus should not allow this sinful woman to touch Him and pour forth so much love upon Him. The Pharisee judged that Jesus was not worthy of such love and was offended at this outpouring of affection.

MARY AND MARTHA

In Luke 10:38-42 we find the story of Mary and her sister Martha. Martha invited Jesus to her home and commenced to make preparations for dinner. But instead of helping her sister, Mary sat at the feet of Jesus and listened to His Word. Upon seeing this, Martha expresses her irritation at Mary for not helping, and at Jesus for not telling her to help.

She says, “Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? Bid her therefore that she help me (verse 40).” Not only is Mary wrong, but Jesus is wrong to permit this situation. Such is Martha’s thinking.

MARY AND JUDAS ISCARIOT

Mark 14:1-9 as well as John 12:1-9 recalls a crucial episode in the earthly ministry of Christ the week before His death and resurrection. From piecing together both records of the same event we have a complete account of all that happened. Again there is a supper. Again Martha is serving. But her sister Mary does a strange thing: she pours expensive perfume on the feet of Christ and wipes them with her hair, then pours some of it on His Head. The perfume is very costly, at least several month’s worth of wages. Everyone there expressed indignation at this apparent waste of resources – the guests as well as the disciples agreed this was a foolish thing to be done. It wasn’t “good stewardship.” As the one in charge of the money bag, Judas Iscariot rebuked Mary and wondered aloud why she didn’t instead sell the ointment and give the money to the poor.

THREE ILLUSTRATIONS, ONE LESSON

The Spirit has now given us three separate events in the life of Jesus in order to teach us something – may we have ears to hear it. What says the Spirit? Simply this: many are they who will sit at meat with Jesus, commune and dine with Him, discuss spiritual things with Him. But they cannot and will not lower themselves to wash His feet. They will not humble themselves to the ground and listen, they would rather be “much serving”. They will not give up their “ministry to the poor” in order to “waste” themselves on “just ministering” to Jesus. They long to be seen fellowshipping with the Lord, but they are loath to pour out too much of themselves for Christ.

Note well that in all three cases there is food and drink – this speaks of fellowship. In all three cases the action is centered around the feet of Christ – this speaks of submission. Christ deems submission to be greater than fellowship. In all three cases, the one who made Christ their only desire was criticized as being too sinful, too lazy, or too wasteful. In all three cases they not only found fault with the worshipper but found fault with Christ. In all three cases Christ rebuked the rebukers; the Pharisee, for not loving Him enough; Martha, for being too anxious over the details; Judas and the disciples, for not having their priorities straight (and we discover that Judas is a thief and didn’t care about the poor anyway).

Let is also note that at no time was this worship spoiled with a request or a prayer of petition. Self is completely swallowed up in worship. Indeed, no word is spoken, there is only acquiescence to Christ. There is no unmet desire, for the desire has been replaced with Christ. Having Him, they are content. Their humility is not found in despising Self, but in not looking at Self at all. The focus is outward, onto Christ, and thus there is not room left for considering Self. Therefore, there is nothing more to be said, no defense to offer the critics, nothing more to be done. Jesus instead points out that “only one thing is needful”. Out of the “many things” that Martha was busy doing for the Lord, she was not praised for her work. Instead, Mary was deemed to have chosen “that good part.” Was it wrong to be much serving the Lord? No, but the “good part” was to be with Him, not to work for Him, and the “good part” of sitting at His feet was not to be forsaken in favor of the work.

Finally, all three instances involve women as a type of the Bride of Christ, the overcoming Church, whose desire is for her Husband, who has submitted to His rule.

FORSAKE THE WRONG AND CRUCIFY THE “RIGHT”

We know we must leave sin because we can appreciate how horrible it is. We do not so quickly leave “our righteousness” because we think somehow it has been “purified”. Mark well however that God does not fix the old man, but destroys it. He does not tell us to clean up our life, but to lay down our life. It is not enough to forsake the wrong: we must allow Him to crucify the right. That is, we must learn to hate our thoughts that we may have His mind. We must give up our “spiritual” desires in order to have Christ as All.

We must allow our Husband to rule, and our desire must only be for Him. Some people want a “Prenuptial Agreement” with their Husband. That is, they are willing to come to Jesus, but they are not willing to bring all they have to Him, to have everything put in His Name, to forsake all others until death do they part. They are foolish virgins. They want the benefits of the bed chamber without the responsibilities of the bride. They say, “I will follow You wherever You go,” but at the last minute they want to “go back and say goodbye” to those in their house.

The Pharisee thought it was enough to have Jesus over for dinner and talk about God. Martha thought it was enough to be much serving and preparing. The disciples thought it was enough to use a little perfume on Jesus but save the rest of it for the poor. On the surface it would seem they are correct, but Jesus shows us a more excellent way. We must deny ourselves, but we must never deny Him. With Him, we can never say, “Enough.” He is worthy of all, nay more than all, more than we have: so He should receive all that we have, all that we are.

May Christ be the object of our desire. Amen.

our heavenly account

I have spent the better part of my life with my fingers crossed hoping that what ever doctrine ‘I decide’ is more true or right than the next persons interpretation of said doctrine will get me through this life and the next without to much flames. I have many days, feelings of hopelessness in my thinking . My thoughts go like this: OK I believe or ‘I decide with my limited understanding ‘that such ‘n’ such is the true way to take this doctrine, and everyone else in the world is wrong, now I hope to God I got it right or else I fry……literally, if I or any of us are wrong ,that is what is being crammed into our minds. How can any of us go through life this way, and many of us do? Some groups believe all Christians MUST keep the Sabbath and once they have been taught this doctrine , that if they now don’t keep it, they will burn forever because they were taught the truth weren’t they?

Most Christian denominations believe that if you don’t believe in the doctrine of the Trinity, or the Deity of Jesus, or any number of other doctrines that you will suffer for eternity.

So here I am thinking how on earth can little ole me ever ever come to the truth here? All these groups believe that only they are the one’s being led by the Holy Spirit and the rest of us are being decieved . I can understand why so many folks say enough already and leave Christianity for good, who can blame them? Not I, been there , done that.

So this is how I have come to terms with this.

Lets say that ALL that Christ had done for us was placed in a heavenly bank account and His name is on that as owner of that account but that all of humanity has access to this account and can sign their names on checks that they need cashed.OK lets say that only a few are aware of this and they are at various level of understanding and can access this account according to their knowledge by faith. Some know more about Heavens principles than others and can receive much from this account but many of us still struggle with understanding it but we at least know it IS possible to access this account and that it is ours and that we ‘in the know’ can now claim ownership of it.So that all who know of our riches in the heavenlies can now live this life on earth a bit more elevated than our fellowman , we do not have to go about wondering why this is happening or why that is the way it is and so forth, plus as we learn we are able to receive the healing, the promises of God to us to take care of our needs more so than our fellow man. So the rest of man kind do not know they too have access to this heavenly account made possible by Jesus Christ and so continue to live this life in various levels of ignorance and hopelessness, living in a dog eat dog world and living under the rules of engagement of this world the best they can, and granted many have had great success under worldly principles but at great cost and lost in family life, health, relationships and so forth .The key of understanding is that the EVERYONE HAS the same account as those in the know, only they do not know this and live their lives never knowing the riches that are truly available to them and never knowing that God is not Mad at them holding them accountable for their sins that Jesus already took care of so they join various religions trying to appease an angry god, until they die and then are told what they have now and what they missed and could have had in their life. Many in the know of this account, because they are still unclear as to how to access this account also suffer loss in this world because of ignorance as well.

One of my prayers is this, God please don’t let me live this life in ignorance to what you have made available to me! Don’t let me wake up on the other side of life and find out I could have had this or that, in order to be of service here in this life to others, I need access to all the promises of God and my heavenly account in Jesus name.

So what I may have not made clear here is this, Jesus Christ has taken care of the sin problem, there is no angry God to appease, we are dearly loved by God, and just because you may be ignorant of the salvation that Jesus won for you, does not mean you do not have it now, only that you can not be blessed now by that knowledge and live the rest of this life knowing you are indeed the child of the King instead of living in the poverty of your thinking that you are a just a child of a mere human and living with that in a world that can really care less whether or not you live or die.

May we all come to know that we are indeed blessed of God now in this life!

Creation

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was waste and empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light. And there was light. And God saw the light that it was good; and God divided between the light and the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening, and there was morning the first day. (Darby Bible translation of Gen.1:1-5)

Here is my assumptions and theory of the first chapter of Genisis. I believe it tells us that God had created the heavens and the earth and that at least one time in our very very distant past ,humans and great creatures populated the earth. Science and Archeology states that there were Humanoids that sort of looks like us ,alive and well , that there was civilizations greater and more intelligent than we once believed, that there were many types of humanoids alive at various times in our very distant past that does not line up with the ‘Adam and Eve’ stories we were told to believe as the only creation story that ever happened. So, if you would read these 5 verses of the Bible, what would you believe that it said? Yes it is a trick question, you may ,like many people would say that , the creation of the Heaven(s) and the Earth, and the creation of light , and then the creation of  the dividing of light with darkness all being done on the first day of creation. I ask you to read those verses again, take out preconceived beliefs and what does it now say?

It says:”In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” Period, the creation of all in the heavens and the earth itself was created, there is no ‘time’ in this period that  this verse is describing to us of creation, as we know ‘time’ to be, a 24 hour period of light and darkness. So as far as we know, as  we perceive of time , it could of been a second or billions years of our reckoning of time. The creation could have been complete and life living on earth and beyond, we do not know one way or the other, and no one can say truthfully about it period, anything said about this is assumptions and theory only. Now what does the next verse say?

And the earth was waste and empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters”.  Now here we have a chaotic state being described here , it says the earth was a “waste“, what does that mean?

Original Word: תֹּ֫הוּ
Transliteration: tohu
Phonetic Spelling: (to’-hoo)
Short Definition: Tidal
which means, NASB Word Usage
chaos (1), confusion (1), desolation (1), emptiness (1), empty space (1), formless (2), futile (2), futile things (1), meaningless (2), meaningless arguments (1), nothing (2), waste (3), waste place (2).

Now it says that darkness was on the face of the deep, so what does this word “darkness” mean?

Original Word: חֹ֫שֶׁך
Transliteration: choshek
Phonetic Spelling: (kho-shek’)
Short Definition: dark

darkness, night, obscurity

From chashak; the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively, misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness — dark(-ness), night, obscurity.

“and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters” So lets take another word here it says ‘hovering, or moved’ so what does this words mean?

Original Word: רָחַף
Transliteration: rachaph
Phonetic Spelling: (raw-khaf’)
Short Definition: flutter

flutter, move, shake

A primitive root; to brood; by implication, to be relaxed — flutter, move, shake.

So here is my theory and assumption. The creation of the Heavens and the earth had been accomplished sometime in our very distant past, there may have been life at this time, we do not know but we do know that we have scientific proofs  that life has been on this planet a lot longer than 6 thousand years. There is scientific proofs that all kinds of calamities and destructions that apparently happened that something very cataclysmic happened that  killed all the dinosaurs as well. We have fossil evidence of human like forms living on this planet many thousands of years before the biblical Adam and Eve came on the scene, so what happened? I believe that there was war in the heavens and earth as the Bible states with Satan and his armies, it may have centered here on earth and all on earth was destroyed so when we come to the next verse that says that the earth was in a state of waste, destruction, in darkness , that maybe it was because of the war between the Heavenly forces and the Satanic forces and what we have here is a Re-Creation of the earth and all life on it as well, and this re-creation is what  may have happened  in our more recent past as described more in depth in the first chapter of Genisis.  OK now many say that the sun and moon was created on the third day, so what is this light that is mentioned here:”And God said, Let there be light. And there was light. And God saw the light that it was good; and God divided between the light and the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening, and there was morning the first day.’   Now lets move forwards a bit and lets see what it says. “And God said, Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens, to divide between the day and the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days and years;and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens, to give light on the earth. And it was so.And God made the two great lights, the great light to rule the day, and the small light to rule the night, and the stars.God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, and to rule during the day and during the night, and to divide between the light and the darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning a fourth day.(Darby Bible translation of Gen. 1:14-19)

My theory here is that the first mention of ‘lights’ would be the stars, the sun and the moon, they were already created and already doing what they did in the first creation but with the heavenly battle that went on maybe they were some how thrown out of their orbits , who knows? We do know that the earth gets knocked  off of it’s axis when we have great earthquakes so it is plausible.  but they were not in their place now as we see them, but was put in their proper place to be the rulers of the day and the night for seasons and for the purpose of our reckoning of time and for life it self, here in this fourth day of creation.

Now lets move forwards to the creation of humanity we have this:

We find an interesting word ‘replenish’ the earth that he tells this couple to do, what does ‘replenish’ mean exactly?
Original Word: מָלֵא
Transliteration: male or mala
Phonetic Spelling: (maw-lay’)
Short Definition: accomplish

Word Origin
a prim. root
Definition
to be full, to fill
NASB Word Usage
accomplished (1), aloud (1), armed (1), become full (1), been completed (1), come (1), complete (3), completed (9), completion (1), confirm (1), consecrate* (3), consecrated* (4), covered (1), dedicate (1), drenched (1), drew (1), ended (1), endowed (1), expired (1), fill (38), filled (78), filling (5), fills (1), finished (1), fulfill (6), fulfilled (10), full (37), fullness (1), fully (8), gave in full (1), given fully (1), gratified (1), live (1), massed (1), messengers (1), mount* (1), mounted (1), ordain* (4), ordained* (4), ordination* (1), overflowing* (1), overflows* (1), passed (1), presume* (1), refresh (1), required (2), satisfied (1), satisfy (2), set (1), settings (2), space (1).

Here is my theory, when we say to replenish something that means that it is something that is being done AGAIN that it has happened before and needs to be done again. Interesting, the first couple is to re-populate a world that had possibly been populated before. So my assumption here means that Science and Archeology and the Bible can and do agree with one another, it is religious interpretations of organized religions that differ and in my own opinion are wrong in their interpretation of these clear scriptures. For what it is worth.

Color symbolism in the bible

A very interesting study ! I am in no way a part of the Christian Tradition of this teaching ( I believe the teacher of this teaching on color is Seventh day Adventist) I just find this teaching to be very thorough and interesting, I may not agree with all conclusions , the information is good anyway. I believe all Christian traditions have varying degrees of LIGHT/TRUTH, and so I pick and glean from them those teachings I believe to be more correct , not totally correct, I believe we see dimly here in this world and time and so not one group is the depository of ALL TRUTH. I have (highlighted some of my disagreements in this teaching in some spots but not all)

What Color is God? The Use of Color in Bible Symbolism
The law of color combination of pigments states the following: There are three primary colors from which all other colors can be made.

  • The primary colors are red, blue and yellow.
  • Purple is a combination of red and blue.
  • Green is a combination of yellow and blue.
  • Orange is a combination of yellow and red.
  • White is a combination of all colors – red, blue and yellow.
  • Black is the absence of any color.

So we will look at how God uses color in the sanctuary and we will also look at the science of color in nature to demonstrate the attributes of God. Here is a summary.

The color of God Summary of the colors and their meanings
Color Meaning Comment
Red Sacrifice, mercy, life Christ is the Lamb of God
Orange Comforter, teacher, companion Combines the work of Love in relation to the merits of the sacrifice as a Healer and Restorer and Teacher of righteousness.
Yellow Character, fruit The work of the Holy Spirit is to bear the fruits of God in us – of these the greatest is to love. Our character is described as “gold tried in the fire”
Green King, kingdom of God Combines the work of law in relation to love.
Blue Law The Father sits on the sapphire throne from which the stones for the law were taken
Purple Priest, defender, lawyer Combines the work of sacrifice in relation to the breaking of the law
White Righteousness Love. Perfection of all characters and principles before God. Knowledge of God.
Black Sin, evil The absence of the light of God. Separation from God.

The primary colors appear to represent the core attributes or character of God.
The secondary colors appear to represent the roles of God as He seeks to reconcile one character to another within us.
The colors black and white, represent the status of man as we reject or accept the colors of God.
Just as He uses numbers prophetically and symbolically, God uses colors symbolically in the sanctuary, its services and in the prophecies.
By looking at the colors and combinations and their symbols a pattern emerges. By examining the roles assigned to the members of the Trinity and the use of color in the bible, one can speculate about the meanings of the secondary colors and how the combination of primary colors interact to demonstrate a truth.
The Bible teaches that it is valid to look at nature to learn about God. And it also teaches that everyone has some internal knowledge of God that is convincing and they also have “a measure of faith” (Romans 12: 3).
Because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. (Romans 1: 19-20)

And according to the Psalms. The heavens are telling the Glory of God and their expanse shows the work of His handiwork. Day to day they speak and night to night reveals knowledge. (Psalm 19: 1-2)
We will examine nature and the science of color combination to learn about God.

Substitute

Red
For the life of the flesh is in the blood. (Leviticus 17: 11)
Red is the sacrifice. It means life. When life is taken, red can appear to mean death. It is the blood of Christ which cleanses us and covers us from the penalty of sin. The sanctuary had a covering of red. This symbolizes the protection the blood of Christ offers us. This covering is the mercy seat over us.
This dimension points out a characteristic of heaven. We are connected. If one suffers all suffer. We bear each other’s burdens. We give, no matter the cost. Receiving is just a bonus. What we are about is the welfare of others. We are a sacrificial people.

Yellow
I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich. (Revelation 3: 18)
Yellow or gold signifies character. Our character is the ‘gold tried in fire’. It is achieved through receiving the Holy Spirit as He writes the law in our hearts. It is what makes all we do ‘spiritual’. It is the motives and intentions behind all our actions. It is rooted in the law and acted out in love. We are good people.

Pentecost

Orange
I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich. (Revelation 3: 18)
The only orange color or symbolism we can see are the flames of the Holy Spirit. Gold tends to be part of this color scheme. God wants our characters to come out ‘like Gold tried in the fire’. Orange combines red and yellow. As Witness and Comforter on earth, the Holy Spirit has the task of making us perfect. Because of the sacrifice of Christ, he can now change our character and reconcile us to God. He sustains or comforts the saints as we wait for our deliverance.
He provides the daily link we need to heaven. Because of this role in daily leading us to God, He can switch to being a witness for or against us in the future – because everyone will be given the chance to accept or reject His call. So he is also a judge at this time. Judging between good and evil, searching our hearts, cutting away the evil, repairing the damage of sin, placing us in the fiery furnace until we emerge perfect.
Our court systems pretend to rehabilitate us. God actually does it through the Holy Spirit. Instead of immediate punishment, God has a plan of rehabilitation. We have a comforting Judge who now dispenses mercy instead of justice. We are a persevering and patient people.

The Blue Throne

Blue
And they saw the God of Israel and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself. (Exodus 24: 10)
Now above the expanse that was above their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli (sapphire) in appearance; on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man. (Ezekiel 1: 26)

Speak to the sons of Israel, and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a cord of blue. “It shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the LORD, so as to do them and not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you played the harlot, so that you may remember to do all My commandments and be holy to your God. “I am the LORD your God who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the LORD your God. (Numbers 15: 38-41)
Blue is the law. The ten Commandments were carved from a blue stone which was a part of the throne of God. The Israelites wore a blue tassel to remind them of the Law (Numbers 15: 38-41). The priest’s garment had gold, red, blue and purple. The whore of revelation was adorned in everything except blue – she violates the law, yet she wants riches, priesthood and sacrifice. She just did not like the rules. But we are a people of the law.

The Priest
Purple Covering

Purple
Covered The Altar. Then they shall take away the ashes from the altar, and spread a purple cloth over it. (Numbers 4: 13)
Purple has become the symbol of royalty, but it clearly was a symbol that was related to the priesthood and sacrifice when God used it. This color was in the priest’s garments and the coverings of the sanctuary and the doorways. Significantly, the altar of sacrifice was covered in purple when the sanctuary was moved. (Numbers 4: 13). This prophecy was fulfilled when he was dressed in purple at the trial.

Covered The Priest-King. And the soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns and put it on His head, and put a purple robe on Him; (John 19: 2; Mark 15: 17)
The priest is the lawyer for the government and law of God. He studies this law and teaches it to the people and administers justice. Therefore, Christ becomes our priest and defender before God. The color purple is in the doors to the sanctuary because the sanctuary is the place where we go to get justice from God.

» The Secular Use. Since purple was expensive to produce, it became associated with wealth. The emperors of Rome eventually used this color for royalty. So at the time of His trial, the soldiers intended to mock Jesus as the king of the Jews and they dressed Him in purple and placed a crown of thorns on His head. When they did this, they inadvertently dressed Him up as the altar of sacrifice! So, although they intended to mock Him, they unknowingly fulfilled a prophecy as they dressed the altar for transportation.
Purple is a combination of red and blue. The priest fulfilled the demands of the law by becoming the sacrifice. He atoned for the broken law (blue) with His red blood. Therefore, when the law and sacrifice combined it formed purple. No wonder the place of sacrifice was covered in purple. We are also destined to be priests of God. We die daily to sin.

Green

The Feast of Tabernacles

Green is the symbol of royalty and eternal life. It is a combination of blue and yellow. A good king has laws and he does his duties in love. And his people keep the law because they are of good character. The blue combines with the gold to produce one harmonious society.
We see the green color in at least four places in the Bible, three having to do with happy times spent with the king.

  1. The Throne of God.
And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. (Revelation 4: 3)
Both jasper and emerald are green stones. Sardius is red. Jasper can also be red or blue.God is described as sitting on a throne with an emerald (green) rainbow over him. The rainbow was always a covenant symbol. It is the King who makes the covenant to combine the law with love, in our hearts. The covenant says that he will be our God and king and we will be His people. To do that he will write the law in our hearts. He combines the blue and the yellow.
  2. Jesus the King. When Christ came to Jerusalem on that last Sunday before his crucifixion, he was greeted as the king with green palm branches.
  3. The Feast of Tabernacles. the feast that celebrates living with God.
Now on the first day you shall take for yourselves, the foliage of beautiful trees, palm branches and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook, and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God seven days. (Leviticus 23: 40)
The feast of tabernacles is adorned with green branches. It is the time when we lived with the king. Green is clearly the symbol of royalty and being in the presence of the king. We are from an ancient royal family. We will continue to reign and rule in the new earth.
  4. The People of God. Revelation 7: 1,3 commands the angel not to hurt the trees. And Revelation 9: 4 suggests that all green things belong to God because those who are not green do not have the seal of God.
They were told not to hurt the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree, but only the men who do not have the seal of God in their foreheads.

We are destined to have eternal life in the presence of God, and reflect the glory of God to the entire universe.

The Pure Woman

White
Come now let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they will be like wool. (Isaiah 1: 18)
It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. (Revelation 19: 8)
White is the perfect balance of all three – in love. Love causes us to sacrifice, to obey, to have good characters. So love is the greatest. God is also love because when the three (red, blue, yellow) become one it produces white (love). God is not just any one of these colors. These distinctions merely define the different things God is doing to reconcile us to himself.
It is the covenant that joins the law and the love.
It is grace that combines a sacrifice with love to give us pardon.
It is love that causes mercy to be patient while our characters develop.
We are a perfect people.
The Glory of God. The evidence suggests that when we obtain this perfect balance of colors in our perfect characters, it will also appear in a physical form. The glory of God appears as a white, shining light which radiates from the body as the spiritual and physical unite completely. Goodness is glory and goodness can be seen and put on like clothes.
Then Moses said, “I pray You, show me Your glory!”. And He said, “I Myself will make all my goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion”. (Exodus 33: 18-19)

The Shadow of Death

Black
But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out in the outer darkness; in that place where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 8: 12)
To shine upon those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death. (Luke 1: 79)
Notice that black is not the mixture of any color. It is the total absence of all colors.
It is now easy to understand why the image of darkness and black represents evil. It is the absence of law, love and good motives. There is no connection to God.
If black were a combination of colors then we would have to argue that if it represents sin, then sin would be an unbalanced combination of the attributes of God. But this is not the case. Evil is the total absence of the attributes of God. In sin, people live in hatred, lawlessness and selfishness. They do not have a single drop of the colors of God.
If you examine any crime or any evil, at the root of them is the presence of all of these character flaws. And it all starts with a twisted love of self only. The philosophy of the ‘me’ generation is evil. The principle of evolution contained in the notion of ‘the survival of the fittest’ is an unnatural law. They all shut out any responsibility to others that is inherent in the concept of mercy, being law abiding and having a conscience.
Christ became sin for us when He was on the cross in the darkness and God turned away from Him. He continued to be sin while He was dead in the grave.
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5: 21)
The sting of sin is death, and the power of sin is the law. (1 Corinthians 15: 56)
We do not walk in darkness any longer. We are a people of the light.

The Metal Colors
There are three other colors mentioned in the sanctuary that are actually descriptions of the metals. So we will not find their meaning by an analysis of color combinations. While the colors represent characteristics, the metals represent people in various stages of perfection for those crafted by God to undergo severe trials.

  • Iron. This metal was not used in the sanctuary. It seems to represent harsh treatment when used.
  • Bronze (“Outer Court”). Bronze is a mixture of copper and tin. Brass is a mixture of copper and Zinc. The furniture in the outer court and the base of the poles were made of bronze. This is not a pure metal. It represents our mixed state on earth as we are joined to God through the Holy Spirit. It is the metal that is used for fiery trials and to represent the cleansing that the righteous must go through on the earth. We will all be washed by water, but some must pass through the fire.
everything that can stand the fire, you shall pass through the fire, and it shall be clean, but it shall be purified with water for impurity. But whatever cannot stand the fire you shall pass through the water. (Numbers 31: 23)
» Bronze Snake and Bronze Altar. Christ, suffering as a wicked man in the outer court was represented as a bronze snake and as the sin offering on the bronze altar and as a bronze laver holding the water of cleansing.
  • Silver. The utensils, curtain hooks and the base of the columns and poles are made from silver. Silver tarnishes easily and was not suitable for making furniture. It represents an intermediate stage for those still on earth and may represent a vulnerable stage in our trials.
  • Gold (“Most Holy Place”). It represents the one with the most perfect character. All furniture in the Holy Place and Most Holy Place and the walls of the sanctuary were gold. Everything represents the recognition of the perfection of Christ after He had left the earth (outer court). While He was on earth, He was treated as a man of common metal and even as Satan himself.
» Yellow Gold. Although it is the perfect metal, it also has the color of the perfect work of the Holy Spirit. The golden metal and the yellow character tried in the fiery orange are fitting symbols of the process of perfection as the Holy Spirit tries us and cleanses us in water and fire until we stand up in the furnace as pure gold.

Definition of Sin
Sin has a component that is both genetic and willful (nature and nuture).
» Sin. Missing the mark.
» Iniquity. Twisted or crookedness in our nature.
» Transgression. Breaking the law deliberately.
» Trespass. Unintentionally breaking law.

The Definition of Sin
But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. (Isaiah 59: 2)
The definition of sin becomes clearer as you look at it through the colors. Sin is separation from God. At a minimum it starts with and causes separation from God. If we look at various extremes of righteousness, we realize that separation from any member of the Trinity leads to sin. In the worst case, it leads to total darkness because we have separated ourselves from all members of the Trinity.

Sin Sin is Missing the Mark.
Sin is being deficient in one or more areas of each of the members of the trinity. So we cannot reach the state of perfection where we perfectly blend all the attributes of God.
For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3: 23)

  • Lawless. Sin is breaking the law and rejecting the Father.
Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. (1 John 3: 4)
In the extreme, the lawless live by their own code of law. The righteous who are lawless, choose the laws they want to obey or choose how they want to obey it. They see no problem in changing or substituting the law of God.
  • Unbelief. The sin of unbelief is the rejection of Christ. (John 16: 9)
… For whatever is not from faith is sin. (Romans 14: 23)
These people see no purpose for the death of Christ and many do not believe in or care about the truth of the resurrection.
  • Stubbornness. This is resisting the Holy Spirit and the word of God.
For rebellion is as the sin of divination and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. (1 Samuel 15: 23)
Stubbornness is like idolatry because you have chosen to make yourself and your opinions god.
A stubborn person chooses to disobey after the Holy Spirit has convinced them of the truth. Or they neglect to investigate truth, choosing to live as they always have in the past. The Holy Spirit only works with the obedient.
… And so is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him. (Acts 5: 32)The Holy Spirit has the task of convincing us of these three dimensions of sin.
And He when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment; concerning sin, because they do not believe in Me; concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father and you no longer see me; and concerning judgment because the ruler of this world has been judged. (John 16: 8-11)
Again we have the three colors. The work of the Holy Spirit is to convince us of these three important areas.

    • Red (Sin). Rejecting faith in Christ. Unbelief is a sin.
    • Yellow (Righteous). The Holy Spirit could only come when Christ leaves. We no longer have Christ in the flesh as the model of righteousness, so the Holy Spirit now does this work. He is our example of the righteousness of God.
But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. (John 16: 7)
    • Blue (Judgment). The law will be used for judgment. Satan and his rule of lawlessness are now under judgment.

Sin Sin is the Absence of One or More Attributes of God
This is a better definition. It is also called “falling short of the glory of God”. (Romans 3: 23)
If you reject one of these attributes, you are rejecting the God who is introducing it to us. Eventually, the rejection of one aspect of righteousness will lead to the rejection or modification of the others, since the concepts are tightly linked.
You cannot be completely lawful if you reject the Holy Spirit. Sooner or later you will change or reject some part of the law of God and you will come to accept the belief that change is impossible.

The Unpardonable Sin
Why are some sins unpardonable? In the plan of salvation Jesus has bought the ticket to heaven and He has made it available at no cost to us. All we have to do is accept the ticket and get on the air plane. The Holy Spirit is like the airplane and the pilot. He will guide us to Heaven. But if we refuse to get on board we cannot get to our destination. That is why it is a sin against the Holy Spirit. We refuse His leadership.
Our sins are unpardonable because we refuse to leave them behind.
Our sins are unpardonable because we refuse to take the only transportation that will lead us away from them.It is not God’s actions that make our sins unpardonable. It is ours.

What is The Unpardonable Sin?
Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven people, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven. Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come. (Matthew 12: 31-31)
The unpardonable sin is the rejection of the work of the Holy Spirit through continual disobedience. It is His job to lead each person from sin to righteousness. In this process He keeps revealing sin. That is why Romans says that the Holy Spirit is given to those who obey Him. Those who reject His counsel do not want to be convinced of sin. Therefore, those sins remain with them. They are unpardonable because we refuse to let them go and God has no other option to free us.

And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him. (Luke 12: 10)
Why is blasphemy against Christ forgivable but not the Holy Spirit, especially if Christ is our only hope of Salvation?
And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4: 12)

  • Blasphemy Against Christ. Whether or not you are a Christian, Jew, Atheist, Muslim or Hindu it is only through Christ that you will be saved. This includes those who never heard about Christ or those who heard about Him but could not believe in Him because of the actions of His representatives on earth or because it stretches your sense of logic.
The people among these groups who are saved will be saved because of the law about sin done in ignorance. However, they are still saved because the Christ who they never knew or could never reasonably believe in provided a way for their salvation. Within this group of good people who are blasphemers are two types of people.

    • Never Heard about Christ. Their blasphemy against Christ is forgivable because they could not possibly be expected to know about Christ and what He has done and respond to this knowledge.
So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. (Romans 10: 17)
    • Hated Christians. They hate Christ because what they know of Him is tarnished by His followers. In their view, whatever they believe in is far more superior and moral. So their intention is not to do the works of evil, or to be rebellious but to do the best good that they know. This good way is usually based on their culture and what they have been taught. They follow the god or the good that they grew up to know.

So blasphemy against Christ is forgivable because the only way to know about Christ is through external knowledge. So a reasonable excuse for resistance to this external knowledge is easier to understand. In this case, ignorance is a reasonable excuse. This blasphemy can be forgiven.

  • Blasphemy Against The Holy Spirit. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is quite different because this is based on resisting internal knowledge and inner reasoning and common sense that even you are convinced is right. Blasphemy against Christ must first involve a refusal to believe His claims and then to reject His commandments and way of life about what is right and wrong. But blasphemy against the Holy Spirit always includes first resisting what your conscience convinces you is right or wrong or worthy of attention in many areas of life.
» Reveals Christ. Since He can convince you about robbery or murder, He can also try to convince you about Christ when you come in contact with information about Christ. His major mission is to teach about Christ. And only in the cases where the Holy Spirit convinces you to consider Christianity will this resistance become sin. He can only do this if there is a reasonable chance that you can know about Christ or believe in Him above anything else that you have been taught. In this case, you are blaspheming both Christ and the Holy Spirit because of stubborn resistance.
  • Blasphemy Against The Father. Although the Bible speaks about blasphemy against God in general, it does not specifically address the consequence of blasphemy against the Father in particular. This is probably because of the assumption that, if it is not stated explicitly, blasphemy is assumed to be against the one Supreme Being. But general blasphemy is also described as resisting internal evidence.
Resisting The Evidence Within. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (Romans 1: 18-21)
So blasphemy against God in general may be on par with blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Here is why.

    • A Measure of Faith (“Internal Evidence”). God testifies that He has given everyone the capacity to reasonably believe that there is a greater intelligence without any external intervention (Romans 12: 3).
    • A Faith That is Reasonable (“External Evidence”). Even for those who resist “myths and fables”, God has prepared evidence that should convince the most rational and scientific mind that there is an external force or greater intelligence out there who is responsible for the order that we see and that it is foolishness to believe that mere chance could have created what we see.
How you respond to this evidence is a different matter. That is called religion. But that you should respond is not open to debate.

The implications are stunning. Pure atheism is irrational because it resists inner evidence. So can it be forgiven?
The good news is that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can be forgiven when you stop resisting Him. So as long as you are alive, your continued resistance is not an unpardonable sin because He will keep trying to convince you until it is no longer possible. Until then, you cannot hide behind agnostic arguments such as “I do not know” and do nothing except support the atheistic view of life. You must seek God. It is your duty as a rational being.

  • Black: Pure Evil. Those in total darkness who have separated themselves from all members of the Trinity. They see no need for righteousness. At best, some will have some moral code that will respect the rights of others as long as it does not interfere with their best interests. Situation ethics is their rule of life. Their personal pleasure and profit is their goal.
  • Blue: Legalist. A legalist attempts to reconcile to the Father only. The sign of this reconciliation is their perfection. They minimize or do not understand the work of Christ and the Holy Spirit. They achieve righteousness by works.
Many religions have this dimension only. A code of law and a personal attempt to obey these laws. Letting the Holy Spirit do His work is a foreign concept. They cannot understand Him and do not fully cooperate with Him because there is no equivalent in the human experience.
  • Yellow: Spiritualism. These emphasize the work of the Holy Spirit or a Spirit. The modern counterfeit movement of Satan is the New Age and occult systems.( I respectfully disagree here, not all ‘occult’ is evil like in Mystical traditions of Christianity!!) They rely heavily on the superior intelligence and power of the spirits, ascended masters and other intelligent life out there, somewhere.
One occult version of Christianity is the Charismatic movement. (I respectfully disagree here!)They confirm their righteousness through signs or controlling the power of God. The sign of this reconciliation is their ability to control the gifts of God, especially the gift of tongues.( I respectfully disagree, tongues is not controlled by the speaker , and is a gift of God and sign of His infilling and empowering of our spirits,  it is an unknown language that only God and our spirits understands and is for private use and edification, it is sometimes confused with the ‘gift of tongues’ with interpretations’ which is a human known language by the hearer and not the speaker)
Another is the practice of praying to intermediaries instead of directly to God. Through the use of charms, emblems and other tokens people appeal to the saint in charge of their specific need. This replaces God and faith and is indistinguishable from the practice of praying to ascended masters.( the use of stone energies and empowerment to charms and emblems and dedication of these items to God is not against God or His teachings but can be confirmed within the Bible)
  • Red: Karma (Once Punished, Always Punished). (I respectfully disagree with some of this, I  believe that she has the definition of ‘karma’ wrong, I believe it is another word for reaping what you sow in this physical life the consquences, which even when we are forgiven by God most times we still must reap what we have sown nontheless as for example a murderer can be saved and forgiven but still must either be killed by the state or inprisoned for   so many years as by judgement of the legal system they are in)The sacrificial system was introduced to the entire world with Adam and Eve to teach that an innocent God will pay the price for the guilty. It has been transformed to many abominable practices.
Karma is based on some sort of rough justice legal system that will perpetually punish a physical victim for the crimes of the past spirit until they learn their lesson. These are crimes of which they are not aware in the current incarnation. It is the belief that one suffers justly because of sins done in a previous life. It is the source of abandonment for many of the untouchable people. They are getting what they deserve. Therefore, helping them is frustrating the cosmic justice system. In Karma, one takes on the role of the Son on himself. Other extremes include human sacrifices and self mutilation, to appease God.

God Attribute Substitute Sin
Father Commandments and laws of God Morality and ethics Contempt for the law
Jesus Christ Mercy Survival of the fittest Infidelity
Holy Spirit Character of God Personal feelings Spiritualism
Eventually, when we reject God we will substitute our own human theories for what we reject. Eventually, we will even make substitutions for what we initially accept about God because disobedience always completes the separation from God.

Christian Extremes.
Christianity includes the concepts of righteousness by faith and the assistance of the Holy Spirit in leading the sinner back to God. We are not left alone to worry about our sins. Our past has been forgiven. We have assistance for the future. We are freed from the past and from the power of sins. Most Christian errors involve the rejection or ignorance of one of these powers of God, but they all acknowledge them.

  • Red: Once saved, always saved. They emphasize only the freedom obtained by the work of Christ and reject the law and the work of the Holy Spirit. In the extreme, these people believe that there is no sin that will keep them out of heaven after they have accepted Christ. So they continue to sin or believe that victory over sin is impossible or irrelevant and they obey the comandments sometimes.
» Making Up the Spirit. However, one tends to find a large emphasis on the signs of the spirit in this group. Lacking the real influence of the Spirit they fill their services with signs of the spirit. So there is a lot of babbling in unknown tongues but no real tongues, heavy reliance on the spontaneous insights of individuals but no prophet, lots of dancing, rolling down the aisle and emotion. But there is no repentance and obedience.
  • Orange: Reject the Law. Most people fall into this category or the next. They love Jesus and the Holy Spirit (the red and the yellow). But they hate the law. These claim that all the law was nailed to the cross.
» Selective Obedience. However, many accept most of the law except those with which they do not agree. This is usually the Saturday Sabbath. Young people tend to openly have a problem with the seventh commandment.
Their position is illogical. If the law has been nailed to the cross and there is no need to keep it, then they cannot turn around and argue for the wisdom of nine of the ten or demand that the secular world enforce moral law.
  • Purple: Resist the Holy Spirit. These people have no problem with the law or the atoning sacrifice of Christ. And they believe in the concept of the Holy Spirit. The problem with this group is that they rely on themselves to do the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a mystery to them. Relying on the Spirit seems to require submission of their will and common sense.
» Self Reliance. Therefore, they carry on the work of the church through theories derived from education and science. They assess their perfection by looking at the law. After a while most realize that perfection is elusive. Therefore, they live with guilt or the realization that it is impossible to overcome some sins. They do not realize that it is impossible because they will not allow the Holy Spirit to work in them. It is His job to put enmity between our sins and us. Our own will power, wishing and fasting can not do this. Eventually, they give in to popular sins under the assumption that if Christ was sinless then He had special help which is inaccessible to them.
  • Green: Reject Jesus. It seems impossible, but there are Christians who reject Christ! This appears to be a new phenomenon that is called the “Moral Influence Theory”. According to this thinking, there was no purpose for the death of Jesus. They see no reason for His blood and why He had to die. These facts are irrelevant and embarrassing. It is probably due to the fact that they are trying to reconcile all religions and the blood of Christ is a stumbling block.
» Accepting a Jesus Model. Their concerns are developing a moral and ethics code that has evolved with the times and diminishes the idea of a separate God.
In the days of the disciples a similar apostasy appears to have happened. Some people did not believe in the resurrection. Now there appears to be a movement that rejects the atonement of Christ. He now becomes one of many enlightened teachers who were a source of moral influence like Buddha, Muhammad, Krishna and all the other religious figures in history. Eventually, they see no problem with changing the law or relying on their own inner spirit or the powerful supernatural spirits that are attempting to control the human race.
  • White: Perfect. There is no separation from God. This person has perfectly blended the work of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. They are aware of their proper role in the Plan of Salvation. We actively take steps to learn about God. Then we decide to follow God. Then we submit to the Spirit.
Somehow, we emerge changed. We see issues in a different way. We hate the things God hates and we love the things He loves. We recognize that there is no light in things that we thought were harmless. Suddenly religion is not boring. Suddenly there is a deep longing for God.

Sets of Three
There are many divisions based on this idea of three and they can all be traced back to the same type of function being performed by the members of the trinity.
There are three colors, three baptisms or cleansings – (water, blood, fire), three sections of the sanctuary, three sacraments which arise from the three baptisms, three gifts of God to us in reconciling each of his characters, three temples of God which arise from the three areas of work of the members of the Trinity. As you look at the items in the table, think of their primary or secondary colors. Water is blue, fire is orange.
The theme of this section is that the colors represent the activity of each member of the trinity. All three participate in all activities necessary for the restoration of mankind, but they concentrate on different aspects of the problem. Christ is concerned with reconciling actions from the past. The Holy Spirit is concerned with the growth of the Christian in the present. The Father is concerned with the events of the future at the final reconciliation. All three reach into time to carry out the plans that will lead to our final future victory.

God the Father
The Father first makes the eternal covenant with man that he will reconcile man to God and give us rest from sin despite the fact that we had broken the law. He covers or shields us with His mercy while He reconciles us to himself and the law.
In the new earth He is the King, and rivers of life giving waters flow from His throne.
He is regarded as the one who sits in the Most Holy Place, on His throne, over the law carved from the blue stone. So technically, He is in charge of the ministry in this part of the sanctuary.
We respond to Him by surrendering ourselves.

God the Son
The Son keeps God’s promise in the covenant by becoming the Lamb who would be sacrificed for our sins. Now, the reconciliation is no longer a promise, it has become reality because God acted to keep His part of the covenant. At His death, Christ also had a Sabbath day rest from sin, and obeyed the law because He was reconciled to the Father. His blood shields and cleanses us from the penalty of sin by becoming a substitute. Life flows from His blood to us. He is the High Priest who serves in all areas of the sanctuary and approaches the Father in the Most Holy Place for us.
We respond to Christ by faith, believing that He has reconciled us to God by His death.

God the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit works in the outer court on earth with the church that has moved into the Holy Place. He helps us to keep our part of the covenant. His job is to work on the human heart, reconciling us to God by changing our hearts – writing the broken law in our hearts. He changes us into new creatures who will keep the law because they have become a part of us. In this change, He baptizes us with fire – removing imperfections and turning out pure Gold. He works on the individual temple. We respond to Him by obedience. He now acts as witness, teacher and judge. He woos. He searches the heart.
At the end, the members of the Trinity will hand over all their roles to the Son as a reward. He will become the Judge, He will become the King and He is already the Priest.

In Perspective: What is God Doing for Me?
God is working for your salvation at three different levels.
Outer Court: Justification (Past). The Son justified us by His death in the outer court as the Lamb of God, one time on the cross. He set us right with God and bridged the gap between heaven and earth. We only have to believe it. He reaches us at the mental level with His physical act of sacrifice and wipes away the past.

Holy Place: Sanctification (Present). The Holy Spirit sanctifies us daily. His task is to make us perfect by removing the love of sin and the acts of sin from our lives and replacing it with the love and knowledge of God as He writes the law into our hearts. He transforms the most important part of mankind – the spiritual by pleading with us on the mental level through our conscience. He can do this because we now know about Christ. He uses this mental knowledge of the sacrifice of God to plead to us on a spiritual level.
So faith comes by hearing. And hearing by the word of Christ. (Romans 10: 17)
The process of sanctification and the sanctuary system is a method of transferring knowledge and truth about God.
Sanctify them in the truth, Your word is truth. (John 17: 17)
He writes on our hearts through objects in the Holy Place.

  • Altar of Incense. He assists our prayers.
In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness, for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. (Romans 8: 26)
  • Table of Shewbread. He teaches us about the sacrifice of Christ, His blood and broken body. (John 16: 8-11)
  • Menorah. He helps us to understand the word of God, the law and the covenant. (John 16: 8-11)
Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path. (Psalm 119: 105)

Most Holy Place: Glorification (Future). The Father will make the transformation complete by glorifying us. He will change our dead bodies to the perfect beings He wants us to be so that we can have eternal life with Him in the Most Holy Place. He transforms the last component of mankind. He transforms the physical with His spiritual powers.

The Colors of Wrath

The color of God Summary of the colors and their meanings

Blue The Law Commandments Death The law giver
Green Grass burned The people are grass
Red Covenant Blood Curses The Prince of the Covenant
Purple Grapes of Wrath The winepress of wrath
Yellow Holy Spirit Gold Sanctuary Fifth

Orange Fire and Brimstone Coals of fire from the throne
White No Wrath Perfect holiness and respect for the law, covenant and Spirit
Black Eternal Death Rejected God

An imbalance of righteousness brings a corresponding wrath from the member of the Godhead in charge of that color. Each member oversees a particular document or system in the Plan of Salvation. The primary colors are the system of salvation. The secondary colors are the colors of the people to whom the wrath is applied.

  • The Father (The Ten Commandments). The basis of the covenant. The legal punishment for breaking the law brings death. The death of the wicked at the end of time is described as “burning the green grass”. This punishment is from the Father. The green grass is burned up by the yellow flames for breaking the blue law.
Green Grass Bundles of Weed. … and all the green grass was burned up. (Revelation 8: 7)
So just as the weeds are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. (Matthew 13: 40)
While the good people grow up to be “trees of righteousness” with deep roots, the wicked never seem to grow beyond the status of grass and weeds with shallow roots.
Fire The Verdict: Sentenced to death for sin.
  • Holy Spirit (The Sanctuary). The sanctuary and furnishings were covered in gold. Through this system of knowledge about God, He visibly teaches us about the law and the covenant and the Plan of Salvation. The Spirit Himself, is God’s perfect substitute for the Law and the covenant. Ignoring the Spirit is the double sin of rejecting both the law and the covenant. The legal punishment for rejection is specified in the fifth curse because blasphemy against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven. The false sanctuary and people are rejected. At the end of time the wicked will be bombarded with fire and brimstone. This punishment is from the Holy Spirit.
Orange fireball Firewood. … these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone. (Revelation 19: 20)
The orange rocks of brimstone are thrown at the wicked, spilling their red blood for ignoring the gold of the Holy Spirit. They did not buy gold tried in the fire. So they are crushed to death by the fiery rocks of brimstone.
Even when people do not have the law, they have their conscience influenced by the Holy Spirit who guides them to a sense of right and wrong. So eventually, all people, those who have the law and those who are without the law are condemned for rejecting the Holy Spirit.
Fire The Execution Method: Sentenced to death by a fire that destroys.
  • Jesus Christ (The Covenant). As the “Prince of the Covenant”, He is God’s promise of salvation. This covenant is ratified with blood. The legal punishment for breaking the covenant is the curses. Punishing the wicked at the end of time is described as “treading the winepress of wrath”. This punishment is from the Son.
Purple Grapes Grapes of Wrath. … and He treads the winepress of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. (Revelation 19: 15)
The red blood of the purple grapes are smashed for breaking the blue law.
Fire The Executioner: Sentenced to death by fire that destroys through a Rock that crushes and burns.

Eternal darkness comes to the wicked from a combination of actions by the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for rejecting God. It is interesting to note that the same attributes of God that brings death to the wicked brings life to the righteous. This proves that God did not set up a system designed to destroy the wicked. It proves that the wicked cannot live in His presence.

  • The Father (The Ten Commandments). The righteous delight in the law. The wicked are offended. The Father sends the Son to reconcile us to the law.
  • The Son (The Blood of the Covenant). The righteous accept it and are blessed. The wicked reject it and are cursed. The Son sends the Spirit to permanently implement the covenant in our hearts.
  • The Holy Spirit (Fire). The righteous can live in the fiery presence of God (Isaiah 33: 14 -17). It destroys the wicked. The Spirit transforms us into new creatures of righteousness who can stand tall in the eternal fire.

God performs the plan of salvation in the order of the colors, and it begins with the sacrifice of Christ for sin and ends with the separation of the righteous and the wicked. All these works of God are occurring in parallel. But the diagram shows the final event or period that completes the physical fulfillment of each color with events that are visible and open and no longer hidden from the human race.

  • Red. Christ was crucified for the sins of the world and freed us from death and the curse.
  • Orange. The Holy Spirit comes to write the law in our hearts and deliver us from daily bondage to sin.
  • Yellow. The fruit of the Holy Spirit grows in the righteous as we become gold.
  • Green. The fruit ripens. The people of God are ready and God comes to redeem them.
    The Coat of Many Colors
Joseph was a type of Christ. He was the firstborn son of the beloved wife and the favorite son of his father. When they plotted to sell him as a slave, they gave the coat of many colors dipped in the blood of a goat to his father. This action executed a plan to deliver his brothers from death.
Christ was the favorite Son of God from His beloved wife Israel. He executed a plan of many colors by giving us a robe of righteousness dipped in His own blood.
The white robe of righteousness is the coat of many colors. A gift from our Father in heaven.
  • Blue. The wrath of God starts from the plagues to the millennium when the judgment by the righteous begins. It ends with the white throne judgment. The blue part of a flame is the hottest part where there are no impurities. The impurities cause the orange and red colors. In this judgment, the righteous shine blue under the heat of the law.
  • Purple. Christ has always lived to make intercession for us (Hebrews 7: 25). But now the wicked see that they cannot defend themselves with their works in the judgment. Any accusations against the righteous are answered by Christ, but He abandons the wicked. Christ comes to get us like a bridegroom and take us to heaven. He leaves the wicked.
  • Black. The wicked goats are separated and go to hell fire and darkness where they are destroyed forever.
  • White. The righteous sheep are separated and live forever in the eternal light of God.

The Colors in the Breastplate of the High Priest
The breastplate was worn over the heart. It had twelve different stones which were set in gold, representing each tribe and two stones called the urim and thummim (Exodus 39: 8-14; 28: 30). Information about the exact characteristics of some of the stones is lost but still a pattern emerges when stones are arranged in the order of their camping positions. It shows that the color of the stone is related to the role of each tribe in the final week of Jesus’ life.

  • Blue Stones. They represent the law and judgment. Jesus came to Jerusalem as Judah, the prince who would keep the law and the covenant. Dan is represented by the Lapis Lazuli, the stone used to make the ten commandments. He would become the symbol of the serpent and law breaker
Both Dan and Gad represent the period when Jesus was under an unjust trial or judgment.
  • Agate (Asher). This is a striped stone of various colors in blues and earth tones. It represents Christ buried.
  • Diamond (Naphtali). Christ emerged from the darkness of death in victory because He was judged righteous.
  • Purple (Issachar). The priestly role of Christ. He would bend down to bear burdens and pay the wages of sin.
  • Ruby Red (Reuben). The Jews caused the death of Christ.
  • Gold and Fire (Zebulun and Simeon). The church is represented by colors that symbolize the work of the Holy Spirit.
  • Onyx (Joseph). This color seems at odds with the events that represent Joseph and his two sons. But the onyx was also the two stones used to communicate with God (the urim and thummin). Joseph represents the one whose reproach was removed and now has direct communication with God with a double inheritance. The urim means “lights or stars” and the thummim means “perfect ones”. The perfect nation will be as lights and stars against the black sky. This shows that the church will be symbolically in the tabernacle of God as they are being persecuted. But they will shine as stars during the darkest era of sin before they actually enter the physical Promised Land.
  • Green (Benjamin and Levi). He represents the color of the kingdom of God in the new earth. Levi is a nation of priests and emerald is the color of the rainbow above the throne of God.

The Colors of the New Earth

God on fire Heaven
The Sardius Man The Throne with the Emerald Rainbow

As I researched this information, I was confronted with the overwhelming sensation that green was acting like a primary color. Then I remembered that there is another color combination scheme. This is based on the combination of light. In this, the primary colors are red, blue and green. Yellow is no longer a primary color.
These primary colors are the throne of God.
And He who was sitting was like a jasper stone and a sardius in appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, like an emerald in appearance. (Revelation 4: 3)
Sardius is a red stone, emerald is green and jasper can be red, blue or green.

  1. Blue. The floor and the throne were blue according to Ezekiel and Moses. (Ezekiel 1: 26 and Exodus 24: 10) The foundation of the kingdom is the law.
  2. Red. Sardius was the other color of the person sitting on the throne. He is pure mercy in living color.
Ezekiel had a more detailed description of the glory of God.
Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man. Then I noticed from the appearance of His loins and upward something like glowing metal that looked like fire all around within it, and from the appearance of His loins and downward I saw something like fire; and there was a radiance around Him. As the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. (Ezekiel 1: 26-28)
  3. Green. Emerald is the rainbow above the throne and the Man sitting on the throne was like Jasper. This represents the glory of the kingdom. (Revelation 21: 11). Ultimately, it is the righteous who will be the evidence of the glory of God. That is why we are green. For the rest of eternity, we will be living examples of the mercy and power of God to create, to forgive and to transform darkness into light.

If the primary colors are the throne of God, then the secondary colors are the things that come from the throne of God that represent the role of God in the new earth. All the symbols speak about life. God is the source of a wonderful eternal life.
Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (Revelation 22: 1-2)

There will be no more darkness in the new earth.

The colors of the old earth.

In the new earth the primary colors appear to represent the attributes and foundation of the government of God. These are law, mercy or loving kindness and eternal life as children of God.
The secondary colors are harder to determine. But we can guess at what they are by looking at the primary colors that create them. They appear to be related to the benefits we receive from this government of God.

  1. Cyan. This is symbolized by the river of life, clear as crystal.
Cyan is a combination of blue and green. Law and eternal life. Truly the wages of sin is death, but life comes to people who have been separated from sin. At the core of this is righteousness or being law abiding.
  2. Yellow. The streets of gold. Yellow is a combination of red and green. Loving kindness and eternal life of the nations. This seems to represent the people and their characters which will be as common as gold on the street.
  3. Magenta. The fruits from the tree of life and the colors of the nation of priests of God. It is a combination of red and blue, or loving kindness and righteousness. This color combination appears to come solely from God. Every month God will distribute the fruit from the tree of life to the people. Perhaps He will dispense wisdom. This might represent the education and healing of the nations who are His priests.

God will give us more wisdom on this topic in Salvation Science 102.

A Kingdom of Eternal Light.
And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever. (Revelation 22: 5)
And the city had no need of the sun, or of the moon to shine on it; for the glory of God has illumined it, and the Lamb is the light. (Revelation 21: 23)
The new kingdom is based on light and there will be no darkness or night or death. So this must be the color scheme that will be natural to us. Why does green replace yellow as a primary color?
At that point, we will already have perfect characters. Behavior is no longer an issue. On earth, this work of the Holy Spirit was a very important life time task. It was of primary importance. In the new earth, this will be as natural to us as breathing. Even the streets are made of gold. This is how common gold will be. This is how common righteousness will be.
The color green was not in the sanctuary, it was in the feasts. The kingdom of God was not natural to us on earth. God could only show us glimpses of it in the feast of tabernacles. During the time it operated on earth, the kingdom of God has only been a marvelous promise, not a reality. The sanctuary is the promise. The feasts are the reality.
Now, in the new earth, green takes its rightful place as one of the primary colors because God Himself comes to physically live with us. The emerald and blue throne of God will be moved to the earth. It is all about living in the kingdom of God.

True Colors
In the end, God demonstrates the true colors of the wicked by showing their primary colors.» Lawless. The last generation is unwilling to even obey a commandment that simply asks them to rest.» Rebellious. They obey Satan, but not God.» Murderers. The wicked will attack a peaceful, unarmed city which has its gates open in a gesture of invitation.

The Duty of Man.
He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you, but to do justly, and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6: 8)
This sums up the requirement to accept the primary colors:

  • Blue. Do justly.
  • Red. Love mercy or loving kindness and forgiveness.
  • Yellow. Walk humbly with God.

So, what color is God? He is the perfect combination of all colors.
